Job Responsibilities

  • Radicle is seeking a full-time, Project Engineer to participate in hands-on development work for a variety of client projects in the Building Technologies space and beyond. Applicants are expected to contribute to production operations and component fabrication, as well as systems design, test & evaluation, and optimization.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in hardware product development and be comfortable working collaboratively to iterate on physical assemblies. This role may involve operation, programming and troubleshooting of advanced CNC equipment as well as product design and development of advanced product prototypes. This is an exciting growth opportunity for an aspirational individual with the ability to learn quickly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited college is preferred; other degrees may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Experience: Candidate is expected to have approximately 3-10 years of industry experience. Other levels of professional experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating and troubleshooting advanced fabrication equipment is desired.
  • Prior experience in product development and CAD/CAM ability desired.
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment with minimal supervision.
