Job Title: Marketing Event Coordinator

Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hr.

Duration: 6-month contract

Location: San Jose CA 95002, Hybrid – 2 days in office.

Shift: 9-5pm PT

Travel: US based travel at least once/month.

Responsibilities and Experience needed:

  • Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines
  • Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
  • Represent company at trade shows and other activities as needed
  • Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 1-3 years of trade show or event marketing experience
  • Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects
  • Sense of urgency and ability to deliver results in tight timeline
  • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work in the office 2x per week
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana a plus.
