  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Quality Management & Quality Engineering - Contract and Contract-to-Hire Roles

MetaOps is seeking candidates for assignments with our customers and partners across North America in 2024 and the years ahead. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of direct work experience and at least 5 years of experience in a Quality leadership role in a manufacturing company.

What you’d do

Every client will have different expectations, but in general, you’d be responsible for a variety of assignments ranging from a short-term interim leadership or problem-solving role, supplier quality efforts, and contract-to-hire opportunities for a full-time role requiring relocation. These roles could require you to step into an operational role to run the quality function for a company, a business unit, or a plant in a quality management role. It could involve analysis and engaging in various consulting roles supporting large-scale performance transformation projects in larger enterprises. There are too many possible scenarios to list here.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of direct experience in progressively more responsible quality roles with at least 5 years in manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Strong experience and skills/expertise including:
  • Technical aspects of Quality Management Systems in manufacturing or automotive.
  • Management of quality.
  • Quality and Lean Six Sigma trained, ideally certified.
  • Quality auditing skills.
  • Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP).
  • Proven track record with referenced case studies related to quality performance improvement.
  • Engineering and/or other related degree or other acumen related to quality leadership.
