Seeking a go-getter with strong project management and customer service skills to assist CEO in moving leads through the sales pipeline and support existing customers’ account management. This candidate will support moving leads seamlessly through the buying process and will contribute to satisfaction and retention of existing clients.

Hours Per Week: 20 hours/week (negotiable up to 25 hours)

Hourly Rate: $27

Benefits: Flexible work from home hours

Requirements: 5-day/week availability, strong project management skills, strong customer service skills

Negotiable: Ideal candidates will travel 4 times/year for 3-day exhibits

Role Components

  • Daily CRM/HubSpot review, input/organization, task follow-up, and deals creation/management
  • Daily reply to our sales email
  • Creation of PowerPoint slide decks and other sales-related materials to support discovery calls
  • Email sequence co-writing and inputting into CRM/Hubspot and regular reply with deals creation inside CRM/Hubspot
  • Assist with company global marketing efforts (e.g., materials generation/distribution, email list management, etc.)
  • Support customer relationship management of hospital partner clients
  • Staffing exhibits at national conferences (negotiable)
