Head of Media

Our client, a digital content media agency, is looking to hire a Head of Media to join the team at their corporate office in New York City on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Duties Include:

• Oversee media planning and buying execution across paid social, search, OOH, audio, etc.
• Build and lead a team with a strategic approach
• Pitch and specify the best ways to deliver media, especially to smaller scale clients
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Act as a key stakeholder in building the business
• Lead and contribute to new business efforts, including pitches, networking, and client relationship development
  
  

Job Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years of experience within media, with expertise across paid social, search, and additional channels
• Experience working within agencies at a senior level, as well as brand experience within food, hospitality, or beauty
• Strong client-facing skills with a track record of success in new business development, pitches, and networking
• Ambitious and tenacious to build the business
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
  

Salary: $150-160k annually
