Job Description:



  • The ERP System Analyst (using platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) will serve as the on-site lead, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting core business applications within a GxP-compliant environment, particularly in the Biologics, Pharmaceutical, or similar industries.

  • The role will function as the liaison between the site and corporate teams for all development, upgrades, and system improvements, ensuring the ERP system supports both production and compliance needs.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and associated hardware, databases, and endpoints.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, system goals, and requirements.

  • Develop, prioritize, and organize requirements specifications, diagrams, and data mapping to guide developers and testers.

  • Translate technical requirements into clear, non-technical terms for business users.

  • Act as the business liaison between technical teams and operational departments, ensuring system configuration meets business needs.

  • Manage system setup and configuration, including user permissions and workflows.

  • Define and coordinate testing procedures and create test cases to ensure quality assurance of ERP system updates.

  • Support small to medium-sized enhancements, reports development, and operational tasks within ERP systems.

  • Provide documentation and user training to ensure smooth ERP operation.

  • Implement and monitor system maintenance procedures, troubleshoot errors, and ensure overall system health.

  • Design, implement, and upgrade information systems to ensure they meet both business and regulatory needs.

  • Ensure ERP system scalability, supportability, and high performance across all business functions.

  • Support audit readiness activities for inspections conducted by Health Authorities and partner organizations.

  • Manage deviations related to supply chain operations, material management, and ERP master data.

  • Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives to improve supply chain processes.

  • Represent the Supply Chain team in quality systems forums and in discussions for new product introductions.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Experience in Biologics, Pharmaceuticals, or other GxP-regulated environments.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools, particularly within supply chain operations.

  • Extensive experience as an ERP specialist/analyst.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

  • Strong experience in supply chain operations within a GxP-compliant environment.

  • CPIM/CSCP certifications are highly recommended, showcasing expertise in supply chain management and ERP implementation.

  • This role demands strong technical and communication skills with a deep understanding of ERP systems, compliance, and continuous improvement practices, particularly in regulated environments like Pharmaceuticals or Biologics.
