About this Role:
The Manager, Recruiting Programs will lead, develop, design and oversee the day to day operations and global strategy for Gartner's Referral Programs

What you'll do:
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of global Program Specialists
  • Design and implement Gartner's global referral program including but not limited to the training of our TA teams and associates on the benefits of the referral program, marketing strategies associated with campaigns, and the creation of referral campaigns in within a globally complex environment with multiple stakeholders and BUs.
  • Utilize data and metrics to help drive hiring outcomes related to referrals (ex. Past referral data, BU referral performance)
  • Be a strategic partner and advisor to recruiting leadership in the development and programmatic execution of their referral campaigns
  • Manage a referral budget and oversee payment of referral payments globally
  • Continually look to improve processes to help drive efficiency within the team and with the overall referral operations
  • Oversee the marketing strategy for Gartner's talent community
  • Oversee the processing of referral eligibility checks to ensure consistency in referral program
  • Manage referral global inboxes ensuring appropriate response times and excellent customer service
  • Partner with internal partners such as the Inbound Sourcing team, Employer Brand, internal communications, DEI TA, and other TA operations functions to drive programs forward

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6-10 years Talent Acquisition and programs experience
  • 2-5 years people mentoring, coaching and/or people leadership

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
