This position will play a key role managing DEI compensation analytics to lead the design and implementation of effective compensation strategies that foster pay equity, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and drive strategic decision-making. The Principal DEI & Analytics Compensation Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop processes, and apply data storytelling to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree, quantitative-focused major preferred
  • Desired but not necessary 5 years of experience in compensation/analytics, preferably within the technology industry or HR consulting firm
  • Advanced data analysis skills (advanced Excel skills necessary, good to have working knowledge of Tableau or other quantitative tools)
  • Experience in different DEI analysis practices
  • Experience in global DEI requirements
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams
  • Presentation skills including experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience drafting communications
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive
  • Ability to multi-task with solid organizational skills, ability to manage ambiguity in the workplace, and apply problem-solving skills
  • Strong program and project management skills; ability to operationalize and scale programs
  • Comfortable with both working independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Experience with workday desired
  • Ability to come up to speed quickly on Intuit System (Mainly HR systems)


Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the Compensation DEI programs; processes that are sustainable, scalable and
  • Maintain awareness of DEI best practices, industry standards and legal compliance
  • Provide data-driven insights and solutions to meet goals of DEI strategy using internal data and external benchmarking/market analysis
  • Prepares the collection, analysis, quantification, and benchmarking of diversity data, trends, and other related information, including the creation of reports
  • Work cross-functionally with the DEI team to enhance imperfect DEI processes, and track goal progress to ensure impactful results
  • Ability to analyze various types of human resources data and identify trends
  • Work closely with outside DEI organizations, developing professional partnerships
  • Support year-end rewards cycle
  • Analyze data sets to distill insights, convey findings and provide data backed
  • Develop cost models, forecast analyses and plan design recommendations on a variety of DEI compensation programs, including, but not limited to, base pay, short-term incentives and
  • Provide support on compensation projects including but not limited to - compensation policies and practices, new hires/transfers compensation support, market benchmarking, year-end focal, compensation content delivery and refresh. Special projects could come up from time to time and this role may require you to lead parts of those projects
  • Ensure appropriate level of compensation governance across supported
  • Support compensation queries through our HR services model
