We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a UX/UI Designer III based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The job function involves the design of business customer-facing products and services, ensuring an engaging and intuitive user interface with a strong focus on sales-driven results. This role will require the successful candidate to collaborate with various team leads and contribute effectively to the delivery of digital applications that feature an outstanding user experience and elegant design aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
Identify user interface problems, propose solutions, and implement UI solutions to enhance user experience.
Create pixel-perfect, original user interfaces and visual designs.
Produce interactive prototypes for internal experimentation and usability testing, and rigorously test UI in a data-driven way.
Demonstrate a firm grasp of usability and accessibility standards in partnership with visual and interface design disciplines and principles.
Use a deep understanding of users to recommend UI features that solve customer needs.
Write intuitive style guides and design specifications geared towards engineering implementation.
Provide support, communicate course corrections, and make revisions throughout the development phase.
Maintain an obsessive attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work even under tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product environment.
Leverage your broad experience to handle multiple projects running in parallel.
Collaborate effectively with copywriters and business stakeholders for successful marketing-related launches.
Apply strict attention to detail in all tasks, from processing customer applications to maintaining customer credit records.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in Sales and Marketing.
Proven track record in Quality Assurance and Workstation Support.
Ability to implement strategic plans and execute them effectively.
Understanding of Benefit Functions and their role in Production.
Experience in promoting Brand Awareness and Implementation in a digital environment.
Engineering background with a focus on Agile Scrum methodology.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various Stakeholders.
Proficiency in executing Agile methods in project management.
Experience in designing Web Apps, with a focus on e-Commerce Applications.
Proficient in UX/UI design for various platforms, including mobile.
Knowledge of Typography and Data Visualization techniques.
Experience with Mobile Device interfaces.
Additional skills in a Plus is a desirable asset.
