Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Eng.ing, or a related field.

Extensive experience as a Senior Automation Eng., preferably in the financial services industry.

Proven leadership experience in driving automation initiatives and managing automation teams.

Advanced proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.

Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) and experience with scripting languages.

In-depth knowledge of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

The hiring leader is looking for a Service Now Engineer who has strong Service Now development,documentation, maintenance, and operations experience.

Department: This individual will be working in the department that is responsible for automating

security processes to enhance end-user and operational stakeholders' day-to-day functions

Reason for position: This individual will assist the department to meet the 5-year roadmap/plan

for identity and access management from an automation perspective.

Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business

requirements.

Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Code reviews and quality control checks to guarantee maximum efficiency and

productivity.

Debugging and fixing technical problems

Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.

Documenting code and application functionality

Create rational, competent-based technological designs from functional specifications

Create new ServiceNow procedures and workflows

Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business organization

Listed below are requirements specific to this position:
Required:

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology,

Information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Knowledge of CMDB Implementation

Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.)

Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI

Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts

Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems

Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements

from internal and external stakeholders

Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

ServiceNow Administrator Certification

Service Now Application Developer Certification


Preferred

Experience with software development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile or Waterfall
