Data Analyst II - Fraud and Risk Analysis

Job Description:

• Develop significant insights that improve risk controls based on large incidents, near misses, product and portfolio analysis.
• Help develop risk frameworks to manage fraud risk, products and portfolio threats, decode policies, fraud prevention and more
• Monitor the performance of risk strategies and proactively seek out opportunities for improvement in policy, operations and outputs
• Partner with risk horizontal teams to deliver scalable global risk management policies through the buyer lifecycle.
• Establish relationships with partners in the regional businesses, product owners, engineering, incident management and risk operations organizations to set shared goals, influence the prioritization and facilitate the implementation of important risk strategies.
• The work is specific to Fraud and Risk domain in Buyer Risk space. Though the title shows Data Analyst - we would want to have some one with experience in Fraud/ Risk/ Payments space around e-commerce

Requirement:

Required Skills:

• SQL Proficiency
• Fraud and risk analysis experience.
• Strong analytics background, Should be able to articulate numbers.
• Experience on Tableau
• Excel proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience on Python
• Experience on eCommerce
• Experience from Payments, fraud is preferred.
