Responsibilities:

• Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server to connect various systems and applications.
• Business Process Automation: Automate business processes by creating and managing BizTalk orchestration and business rules.
• Customization: Customize and extend BizTalk Server functionality through custom pipelines, adapters, and maps.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve integration issues and performance problems in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the BizTalk integration solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and operational procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BizTalk applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Upgrade and Migration: Assist in upgrading and migrating BizTalk Server environments to newer versions or different platforms as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a BizTalk Developer with hands-on experience in developing and managing BizTalk Server solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of BizTalk Server architecture, components, and features.
• Proficiency in designing and developing BizTalk solutions including orchestrations, maps, schemas, and adapters.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, .NET Framework, and Azure integration services.
• Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and messaging patterns.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps or other cloud-based integration services.
• Knowledge of enterprise service bus (ESB) and business process management (BPM) concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
