  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the application of cutting-edge ML models to address bottlenecks in target discovery of cancer-related therapies.
  • Develop and scale ML and DL models to large biological datasets to solve complex biological problems.
  • Deliver robust, tested, and deployable applications and ensure proper code documentation.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in ML/DL and immuno-oncology.

Requirements
  • PhD in computer science, bioinformatics, or similar and 2+ years of biotech industry experience.
  • Experience in supervised and unsupervised ML, generative modeling, representation learning, and graph neural networks.
  • Expertise in modern statistical and ML/DL techniques is required.
  • Experience with NGS datasets including scRNAseq.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Details
  • This is a remote position with monthly travel to headquarters.
