The Basics Of This Opportunity
- Bonus: There's opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly (35,000+ in your first three years)!
- Some Benefits Highlights: 15 days of PTO which accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match!
- Availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule): Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons up until 6pm most nights with preferably one to two evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm. No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.
- Job Type: Full Time
- Job Location(s): Combination of in-home and clinic cases
- Telehealth: Up to 50% of supervision can be done via Telehealth in this position
- Client Care Expectation: Can vary, but approximately 110 hours per month (5.5 daily hours of productivity)

Job Duties
- Oversees a team of Program Managers and Senior Program Managers
- Supervises appropriate staff effectively within scope of practice
- Coordinates client visits to observe staff members and provide coaching and clinical support
- Motivates and provides mentorship to assigned staff to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
- Is available to parents, clients, and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
- Collaborates with other professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents in order to provide effective programs
- Helps ensure that clients receive the full clinical prescription
- Keeps careful record of billable hours that require a parent signature
- Maintains client files and treatment logs in an organized manner to include appropriate documentation to the team
- Document all consultation and treatment sessions daily, as well as provide appropriate documentation to the treatment team
- Provides assessments, progress reports, discharge reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner
- Attends, plans, and leads staff meetings,
- training classes, and other meetings as required
- Attends and participates in IEP/IFSP meetings
- Keep current on the latest developments in the field of behavior analysis by attending professional seminars, reading current literature, and participating in professional organizations
- Stay abreast of funding resource changes that impact reporting and/or treatment requirements
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
- Active BCBA Certification required
- Active LBA certification issued by the state of Massachusetts
- 4+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- 2+ years of management experience
- At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks
- Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
