DURATION: 6-12 MONTHS WITH LIKELY EXTENSIONS

LOCATION: Hybrid in Deerfield beach (FLORIDA)

Key Qualifications:

  1. Microsoft Power Platform Expertise:
  1. Proficiency in Power Automate for building and optimizing workflows.
  2. Experience in designing and implementing solutions using MS Power Platform connectors.
  1. VBA Macros & Excel VBA Proficiency:
  1. Expertise in developing and automating tasks using Excel VBA.
  2. Ability to create complex macros to improve productivity.
  1. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Tools:
  1. Experience with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  2. Ability to design, develop, and deploy RPA bots for process automation.
  1. MS SharePoint, Teams, and Visio:
  1. Experience in using MS SharePoint for document management and workflow automation.
  2. Proficiency in MS Teams for collaboration and Visio for creating process diagrams.
  1. Process Automation & BPA (Business Process Automation):
  1. Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and automating repetitive tasks.
  2. Expertise in designing and configuring automation solutions with a focus on workflow optimization.
  1. Solution Design & Configuration:
  1. Ability to design comprehensive automation solutions, including flowcharts and process maps.
  2. Experience in deploying automation workflows with robust error handling and logging.
  1. Business Process Analysis, Improvement, and Business Acumen:
  1. Ability to create current state and proposed future state business process flows.
  2. Background in process efficiency and process analysis.
  3. Capability to review and assess whether existing processes are still relevant, rather than just automating them.

Deployment, Monitoring, & Maintenance:

  1. Experience in deploying and managing Power Platform solutions across environments (development, testing, production).
  2. Proficiency in monitoring automation workflows and performing regular maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.

Analytical & Compliance Skills:

  1. Expertise in optimizing existing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and data security best practices.

Communication, Collaboration & Support:

  1. Strong communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and providing end-user training and support.
  3. Proficiency in documenting workflows and creating user-friendly guides.

Preferred Certifications:

  1. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Developer Associate.
  2. Certification in RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  3. Certification in ITIL or other process management frameworks.
  4. VBA and Excel-related certifications.
