Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Full Time - Permanent

Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week

Pay range: USD $100K Annually/Yearly + Sales Commission + Bonus + benefits

About The Role

We seek a candidate with proven managerial and sales experience. Responsibilities include exploring business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Manager position encompasses a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
  • Get familiar with the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cooling tower systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads.

Required Skills (MUST HAVE) -

  • Candidates for this position should possess extensive experience and connections in the cooling tower-related industry.
  • He or She should have experience in sales of Axial fan blade that is used in Cooling towers in High temperature industries
  • The selected candidate will be instrumental in assembling and leading a dedicated team, which is pivotal for supporting this division’s growth and laying the foundation for the company’s long-term success over the next decade.

Qualifications

  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in cooling tower projects or water treatment-related work (serving large-scale power plants or petrochemical corporations), including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with the working principles and common issues of cooling towers, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, capable of effectively allocating resources, managing budgets, and time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and training teams, with the ability to motivate team members and improve team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge and experience in business development, marketing, and sales projects.
  • Experience in managing environmental and energy-saving projects.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies, trends, and competitive products in the industry.
