  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

As a UX Designer II, you will follow a user-centered design process to create artifacts that deliver detailed interaction specifications. You will advocate for the user experience by utilizing voice of the customer, market insights, and emerging trends to drive digital design and development. This role includes conducting user research and usability testing, collaborating across teams, and translating ideas into user task flows, wireframes, and functional design specs. You may also be required to create prototypes for usability testing.

You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical requirements are met, and with marketing and product teams to meet business objectives. Clear communication with key stakeholders will be critical, as you will need to present design solutions, user needs, and rationale behind decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow a user-centered design process and create artifacts for interaction specifications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketing, and product teams.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and design specifications.
  • Communicate and present design solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Review and manage design independently across four lines of business being developed simultaneously.

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of UX design experience.
  • Proficiency with Figma (must-have).
  • Familiarity with FigJam (should be easy to learn if not already known).
  • Experience using user testing tools such as User Testing or similar.
