  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Developer with extensive experience in Oracle development and cloud migration, specifically within financial institutions or wealth management environments. This role will focus on optimizing our cloud database platforms, particularly Oracle and AWS (Redshift), and driving cloud migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Oracle databases, including triggers, stored procedures, and other Oracle-specific functions.
  • Lead or assist in migrating on-premise Oracle databases to cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Redshift, RDS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration within cloud environments.
  • Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and data modeling.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability in cloud environments.
  • Automate database tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide production support and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Oracle database development experience, including triggers, stored procedures, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in financial institutions or wealth management settings.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native databases like AWS Redshift or similar platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle-to-AWS migration projects.
  • Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Redshift, etc.) and scripting for automation (Python, Shell).
  • Strong understanding of database performance tuning for both on-premise and cloud environments.
