Drafter Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on sketches, specifications, and other data provided by engineers and architects.
- Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and ensure consistent documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop and refine design concepts.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain an organized database of drawings and associated documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including technical reports and presentations.
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Associate's degree or higher in Drafting, CAD Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or minimum of 1 or more years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, etc.].
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
