Job Description: Informatica Cloud Data Governance Specialist (12+ Years Experience)

1. Data Governance Strategy:

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance strategies using Informatica Cloud tools.

- Define data governance policies, standards, and processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.

1. Informatica Cloud Expertise:

- Extensive experience with Informatica Cloud services, including Informatica Cloud Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Integration, and Master Data Management (MDM).

- Expertise in configuring, managing, and optimizing Informatica Cloud Data Governance modules.

1. Data Quality and Stewardship:

- Lead efforts to improve data quality across the organization using Informatica Data Quality tools.

- Establish data stewardship programs to monitor data health and ensure adherence to data standards.

1. Metadata Management:

- Implement and manage metadata solutions to provide visibility and control over the organization's data assets.

- Utilize Informatica Cloud tools to capture, manage, and utilize metadata effectively for data lineage and impact analysis.

- Design and implement data lineage and cataloging solutions to track data movement and transformations across the enterprise.

- Leverage Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog to create a unified view of data assets.

- Ensure data governance practices align with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.

- Develop data privacy and security policies to protect sensitive data.

- Collaborate with data owners, data stewards, IT, and business units to drive data governance initiatives.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data governance policies are effectively implemented.

- Strong proficiency in Informatica Cloud services, including Cloud Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Integration.

- Hands-on experience with metadata management, data cataloging, data quality assessment, and MDM.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data-related services.

1. Certifications:

- Preferred certifications: Informatica Certified Specialist in Data Governance, Data Quality, or MDM.

- Relevant cloud platform certifications (Azure) are a plus.

1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, and data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
