Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Google and Genesys Cloud solutions, including migrations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Design and develop Google Dialogflow bots to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including call flows, design documents, and training materials.
  • Provide technical training to the customer on Genesys Cloud and Google Dialogflow.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Act as a key technical POC for the customer to assist with troubleshooting issues involving Google and Genesys .
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Genesys and Google Cloud features and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Experience leading Genesys Cloud migrations from legacy on-premise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud call flows, routing, IVR, and reporting.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and third-party integrations.
  • MUST have cloud dev experience.

  • Experience with Google Dialogflow CX design, development, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong Software Development background.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Genesys Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with other contact center technologies, such as Avaya, Cisco, and Amazon Connect.
