Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation, ensuring their success with the LendAPI platform.
- Drive customer engagement by conducting discovery calls, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and customer growth.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical and business inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and platform utilization.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, using data to improve customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers, offering training and insights to help them optimize platform usage.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to provide actionable insights to product teams.
- Participate in the development of customer success strategies and processes to scale customer support efforts as the company grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving business challenges using technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively manage customer accounts.
- Experience with SaaS products or a technical background is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
