Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Workday reporting and analytics, with a strong background in developing and managing complex reports and dashboards.
  • EID Systems: Demonstrated experience with Employee ID systems and their integration within HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Workday s reporting tools, calculated fields, and data sources. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday People Analytics, and other relevant tools is a plus.
