Role: SAP TM Analysts (Lead)

Key Skills: SAP TM, Rail, Vessel, ABAP, RICEFW, Microsoft Office, SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 full lifecycle implementation
2-4 years hands-on SAP TM developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans
Ability to identify process issues and suggestions for improvement
Rail and Vessel experience
Writing code {ABAP, development background a plus}
Documentation experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar tools

Job Description:

Successful candidate will be joining a strong team of SAP TM professionals delivering expanding their S/4 footprint.

Successful candidates will be working with a solution integrator for a green field implementation. Instrumental in SAP TM identifying enhancement points, participating in workshops, and delivering RICEFW with a team through a rigorous build / testing framework.

Strong hands-on configuration experience required.
Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects.
Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives.
Author Functional Specification Documents
Test and track business requirements through implementation.
Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions.
Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
