Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Architect and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Drive the customization of Salesforce functionalities, including custom objects, workflows, and automation processes.
• Oversee the creation and management of sophisticated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce environments, including deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including advanced Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including advanced configuration, data management, and security settings.
• Strong background in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middle ware, and ETL tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce CLI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement complex solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of guiding and supporting development teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or Salesforce Field Service is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile development teams.
