  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Deviation Investigator/Initiator Level III

Job Description:

  • Investigation/Deviation experience will be a must but needs to be combined with any Biotech experience in MFG/QC.
  • Experience with RCA tools is a big plus.
  • Trackwise experience a plus.
  • CAPA identification and development a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • The Deviation investigator Level is responsible for the initiation, investigation of any Minor, Major, or Critical process deviations aimed at identification of root cause, determining Product Quality impact (PQI) and implementation of correct actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Additional duties include lead representative during audits, project meetings with clients, and daily management meetings when applicable.
