Your Purpose

As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing Brightline’s most valued partnerships. This role blends marketing strategy, operational execution, and sales to enhance partner engagement, drive upsell opportunities and retain key accounts.

You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, managing end-to-end account operations while developing insights from marketing performance to improve campaigns and maximize the value of each partnership.

Your Role


  • Partnership Management & Operations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, overseeing the day-to-day management of partnership deliverables.
    • Coordinate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring operational excellence in delivering all contracted benefits (e.g., branding, in-lounge activations, events).
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Marketing Strategy & Analytics
    • Work closely with partners to understand their goals and build tailored marketing campaigns that drive results.
    • Analyze marketing performance using key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
    • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance reports to partners, highlighting success metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Upsell & Revenue Growth
    • Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities, working with partners to enhance their involvement with Brightline through expanded sponsorships, additional activations, or marketing initiatives.
    • Leverage data insights to recommend cross-promotional campaigns or innovative ways to engage Brightline’s customer base, driving additional revenue.
  • Retention & Relationship Building
    • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to increase loyalty and drive long-term retention.
    • Regularly engage partners in new Brightline developments and potential opportunities to deepen the partnership.
    • Ensure partner satisfaction through exceptional service and by addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Sales Support & New Business Development
    • Collaborate with the VP of Corporate Partnerships to identify potential new partners or industries for expansion.
    • Support the development of proposals, pitches, and presentations that clearly communicate partnership opportunities and benefits.
    • Provide input on sales strategies, target prospects, and upsell approaches based on current partner insights and industry trends.

Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, marketing, partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics to inform strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Proven success in upselling and managing key accounts with a focus on retention and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience building relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or HubSpot), and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) preferred.
