  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Business Analyst with expertise in SAP systems and a background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes and requirements for OCM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement change management strategies.
  • Support SAP system implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans to facilitate change.
  • Create and deliver training materials and workshops to support end-user adoption.
  • Monitor and report on change management activities and their impact on business performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to business units during change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in OCM within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems and their application in business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing change management plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
