Ushur is looking for a passionate, experienced Product Manager to help build the future of Customer Experience Automation. Looking for an individual who possesses an understanding of automation and AI and how the two can be leveraged to improve end-to-end-customer experiences for large enterprises.   • Lead the development and execution of our channel products while ensuring they align with the company’s overall strategy and vision
  • Champion customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities across the organization and develop a shared understanding of the product area vision
  • Understand the market landscape and review competition to bring business insight to the team
  • Lead a team through product discovery, experimentation, usability testing, and the launch of innovative product and product improvements.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success & make informed decisions
  • Partner with your peer engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
  • Continuously analyze and improve products based on customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building and shipping products that span the enterprise and consumer needs across a range of business scenarios
  • Experience with solving operational, customer service or process improvement challenges through software
  • Experience with B2B2C customer-facing SaaS products like SMS, Email, and Conversational Al-based apps preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise / B2B go-to-market and experience uncovering and managing enterprise customer expectations
  • Have the ability to identify risks and make them quickly visible to support a transparent and highly collaborative environment
  • An understanding of the insurance, healthcare and/or financial services verticals are a huge plus
