Project Manager/Business Analyst
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within scope.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end development of the software solution, including vendor selection, software development, system integration, and quality assurance.
- Manage a cross-functional project team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the technology solution meets the organization's needs and industry standards.
- Oversee change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption, to ensure a smooth transition to the new technology solution.
- Establish metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track project performance and evaluate the impact of the technology solution on organizational goals.
- Assist in the grant reporting process.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
