  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Business Data Analyst
Location: Springfield IL
Duration: Long Term Contract With potential extension.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Experience managing large scale data sets.
  • Strong foundational HR knowledge, principles, and regulations in public sector organizations.
  • Basic data migration knowledge and implications.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH).
  • Ability to lead and participate in client discussions and meetings as well as communicating a broad range of agency focused services.
  • Managing engagements, dealing with the occurrence of unanticipated issues, and preparing concise and accurate documentation to
  • Experience in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, People Analytics, HRIS, Business System Analytics, Statistics, etc.
  • Strong numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of various statistical analysis.
Preferred:
  • Advanced level knowledge of Excel (VBA (Macros), Power Query)
  • Experience using statistical or coding software (Python, SQL, RStudio, SPSS) conducting advanced statistical analysis on large data sets.
  • Experience with full scale SAP Success Factors Implementation or Data Migration.
  • Working experience in both functional and technical areas in Employee Central.
