Job Description:
The candidate will help the team maintain Compliance SLAs by creating Jira dashboards and tracking mechanisms for tickets that fall outside of SLAs. These are Jira tickets that are created for hotfixes or commits that need retroactive review by a certain date. The candidate should have expert knowledge of Jira, and be able to do outreach to folks along with create automation to help the team stay in compliance.
