Provides knowledge, support and servicing of online banking products. Drives customer retention through excellent customer support, ongoing assistance related to technical inquiries, as well as setup and maintenance of new and existing relationships. Serves as a contact for the rest of the bank in regard to all cash management products and the related systems. Interacts directly with the customer and other areas within bank s associated with the customer, including Cash Management Consultants, Relationship Managers, Farm Credit Associations, Information Technology and the rest of operations in support of the cash management products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Performs designated cash management activities in expected timeframes and according to documented policies and procedures.
- Assists in preparing, processing and reviewing customer documentation.
- Completes accurate setup of users in cash management systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) or more years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services; or appropriate combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and more specifically cash management related products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and schedule work.
- Ability to solve problems, and identify when to escalate issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent detail and customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, business customers, and outside parties.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
