Our East Coast healthcare client is seeking a Change Management Analyst with Qgenda experience to join their team. This 12+ month contract is mostly remote and requires occasional travel between different hospitals for data collection.

Responsibilities:
  • Change Assessment: Evaluate and document the impact of changes on various departments and processes using QGenda tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to communicate changes and gather feedback.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing QGenda and any related systems.
  • Change Planning: Create and maintain change management plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Communication: Craft clear and concise communications regarding changes, updates, and impacts to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of change initiatives, collecting data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the overall change management strategy.
