Resiliency Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst or Resiliency Analyst or Resiliency Specialist for our client FULLY REMOTE

Job Description:

• Provide support for the Resiliency Planning and Testing Team to review plans and testing evidence.
• Focus may be on activities related to Business Resiliency Plan and Technical Resiliency Plan documentation, review of testing documentation, and support to other team members. Participate in the general activities of the program and provide data analysis of plan and testing review.

Skills

• Basic understanding of continuity planning and testing in the Business and Technical space as it relates to Resiliency.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and adaptability and willingness to learn
• Ability to analyze plan and testing evidence and report deficiencies to teams
• Proficient in data analysis and ability to think critically
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Tools: Jira, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Years of experience 2 - years' experience.

Desired Experiences

• BCP/DRP experience within the financial services industry
• Experience with Fusion Risk Management Tool
• CBCP Certification
• Resiliency and disaster recovery experience; crisis management experience
• Business continuity management

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Need help with technical testing and contingency reviews will be working on a backlog
• Looking for a Data analyst, someone who can quickly understand resiliency and review documents to ensure requirements are met
• This team is doing fail over testing
• The ideal title for this would be a Resiliency Specialist or Resiliency Analyst

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Someone with experience/exposure to resiliency
• Fusion risk management tool (planning tool)
• Any financial background/experience
