RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dublin, CA that is seeking a Business Analyst that can act as a SME for SharePoint. Please note this role is a 3month contract and will likely not extend.

Summary:
The Business Analyst will work in conjunction with Team leadership to manage change in Office 365 applications. They are responsible for driving adoption of core SharePoint functionality. This individual will focus on change management, building our network of Microsoft 365 Champions, managing application updates and releases, training, marketing and other areas that will help our internal users adopt technologies.

Duties:
* Works in partnership with the Microsoft specific person (example: moving reporting from network drive for a certain team to a SharePoint site)
* Lots of small, tactical, guidance and SME type activities
* Documentation of pipelined or completed tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Business facing, functional BA - meetings with people with: Legal, Communications, Storage Systems, etc.
* SharePoint POC but more functional business facing - would work closely with the SharePoint technical resource already on the team
* More of a SharePoint SME rather than a core BA but functional, not technical; Not writing stories
* Heavy emphasis on verbal and written communication skills; Speaks 1 on 1 with business and higher-level business folks - understand their problem, advise on how to fix it

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
