About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the finance function and driving the overall performance of the organization. The successful candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader with 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, particularly in FP&A. Key responsibilities include leading the annual planning process, developing a robust KPI framework, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic, financial guidance. The role also involves market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring effective communication of financial insights to stakeholders. The VP, FP&A will be expected to manage and mentor a high-performing team, enhance system alignment, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
