Responsibilities
Peraton is currently seeking skilled and qualified candidates for our Senior Field Support Services Manager position with the USPS TESS program located in Norman, Oklahoma. This position will be responsible for directing and overseeing field service activities within the program.
This position is for a proposal that has not yet been awarded. If awarded, this position is projected to start in January 2025. Selected candidate must reside or live local to the Norman, OK customer site. Company will provide relocation assistance for selected candidates if re-location is required.
Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
Planning and development of policies and procedures for on-site installations, testing's maintenance and troubleshooting.
Reviewing of field service projects to ensure completion and adhering to budget and deadline objective.
Oversight and direction of assigned work to members on the team.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of twelve (12) years' experience
U.S. Citizenship (Must have resided in the U.S. past five years with no more than six months travel outside the U.S. during this time frame).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Previous experience with planning and developing policies and procedures regarding on-site installs, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience with budget and project deadlines.
Previous experience directing and overseeing field service activities. Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
