Location: Remote (Travelling to Nebraska 2time a Month)

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4 HANA Finance/FICO Subject Matter Expert with 10-15 years of deep expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Brownfield migrations (ECC to S/4 HANA) and must be available for travel to Nebraska twice a month.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as SAP S/4 HANA Finance/FICO SME: Provide expert guidance on finance and controlling processes, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.
2. Lead Brownfield Migration Projects: Leverage recent experience in Brownfield migration (ECC to S/4 HANA) to help facilitate smooth transitions and best practices.
3. Collaboration & Communication: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and concise communication with all stakeholders.
4. Remote Work with Travel: Work remotely but must be available to travel to Nebraska twice a month to meet on-site requirements and support team initiatives.
5. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring the stability and performance of SAP systems.
6. Training & Mentorship: Provide training, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to internal teams on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
7. Adaptability & Proactive Engagement: Stay current with SAP S/4 HANA advancements and proactively address system enhancements and upgrades to optimize business processes.
8. Immediate Availability & Positive Attitude: Ability to start quickly, with a great personality, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
