Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, product managers, implementation analysts, and developers, to gather and document detailed business requirements for SaaS applications.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Analysis and Documentation/Solution Design:

  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Create detailed business and functional requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices for SaaS applications.
  • Ensure solutions are designed to meet both current and future needs, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to the development and deployment of SaaS applications, such as integration issues, performance bottlenecks, or data security vulnerabilities.

UI/UX Collaboration:

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to integrate business requirements into user experience and screen design. Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools is preferred.
  • Provide insights into user behavior and preferences to enhance the usability and visual appeal of the SaaS application.
  • Review wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure they align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Participate in the design and iteration of user interfaces to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Ensure the consistency of the user experience across all platforms and devices.

Testing and Validation/Change Management:

  • Work with QA team members to develop and document detailed testing plans that cover all possible edge cases.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and implementation specialists to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Project Management Support:

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication/Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with spend management systems, accounting, and electronic payment processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and their integration with SaaS applications.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and electronic payment workflows to enhance system functionality and user experience.
