V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Financial Analyst II for our premier client in Baltimore, Maryland.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong excel needed, heavy pivot tables, no macros
- Basic Project Management experience required. Not managing teams/people. Need to be able to manage own individual projects and forecasting. Not looking for someone who has a pure Project Management background.
- Need someone who has some Construction knowledge.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Downloading data through Oracle into excel files and sending them out.
- Pull data and put into a format everyone can read it and understand where variances are coming from. (this is where our spend was in past months).
- Basic Project Management.
- Construction metrics reporting.
- Running reports out of various systems.
- Refresh pivot tables.
- Run trends.
