The Staff Pad has partnered with a Technology company in Houston, Texas looking to add an Executive Assistant/Facilities Manager to the team. We are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant/Facilities Manager to support senior leadership and ensure smooth facility operations. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site role based in Houston, TX, providing administrative support to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and the Executive Director of Implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support by managing schedules, travel, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Facilitate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Oversee office operations, including vendor management, facility maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage facility expenditures, assist in budget planning, and supervise the facilities receptionist.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive assistance and/or facilities management.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
