  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SAFe methodologies to drive program delivery, incorporating agile and waterfall approaches.
  • Regularly use Jira and Confluence to manage project artifacts, user stories, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor program performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to develop detailed project plans, aligning priorities across various initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and resources, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, leveraging Martech tools and CDP integration to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to development teams, troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide, high-level project plans that adjust in scope and budget based on evolving business needs.
  • Working closely with senior IT leadership and business consultants to ensure alignment of program strategies with organizational goals.
  • Leading the delivery of projects within the IT portfolio, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Mentoring and guiding teams of project managers, ensuring consistent delivery of strategic business goals.

Position Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of IT work experience with a focus on technical program management.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, with extensive use of Jira, Confluence, and Martech Tools.
  • Expertise in delivering consumer-facing websites or digital platforms involving complex data, transactions, or integrations.
  • Deep understanding of CDP technologies, with the ability to incorporate them into technical programs.
  • Leadership in managing large-scale IT programs using SAFe and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and OneTrust Cookie Consent Management tools.
