Position: Web Designer (Contract, Part-Time)

We’re looking for an entry to intermediate level Web Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This part-time role offers between 16-24 hours of work per week, with a pay range of $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience. The position is fully remote, but you’ll be required to attend in-person meetings once a week. You’ll collaborate with our team to design and build websites for local clients, often using the HubSpot Content Hub. Prior experience with the HubSpot CMS/Content Hub is a plus but not required. We provide access to online training and certification courses for HubSpot as a personal development opportunity (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites for local businesses
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement web solutions
  • Utilize the HubSpot CMS/Content Hub (training provided if needed)
  • Attend weekly in-person meetings and maintain daily availability for remote communication
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of design projects

What You Bring:

  • Some experience with web design, front-end development, and graphic design (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (plus, but not required)
  • Comfort using ChatGPT or similar tools to enhance creative output
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to respond promptly to team communication
  • Ability to commit to consistent working hours and attend weekly in-person meetings
