  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating complex datasets, developing efficient DAX queries, and delivering high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports. This is a fully remote role, providing flexibility while working with a dynamic team on cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights to key stakeholders.
  • Build and optimize Power BI datasets, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Develop complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and performance tuning of Power BI reports.
  • Work with various data sources (SQL, Excel, etc.) to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in all reports.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Power BI development and data visualization techniques.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the development process.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and tools.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in BI development, with a strong focus on Power BI.
  • Proficiency in building and managing Power BI datasets.
  • Advanced expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
  • Experience with connecting Power BI to different data sources like SQL Server, Excel, etc.
  • Familiarity with Power Query, M language, and other Power BI-related tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for data integration.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, etc.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
