Job Description:

The Personal Assistant/Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing support to both employees and clientele. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. This is an in-person position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of the office.
  2. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, employees, and clients.
  3. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and clients, including organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.
  4. Act as a liaison between employees, management, and clients, conveying messages or instructions accurately and promptly.
  5. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  6. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • MUST be located in Miami.
