HealthReconConnect is currently on the lookout for suitable candidates for the position of Manager Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the organization’s C-Suite and executive team with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Deposit checks and credit card payments daily to support client financial operations
  • Scan client mail and preform daily secure uploads to ensure timely processing
  • Pick up internal office mail from an additional location to facilitate smooth internal communication
  • Act as an onsite representative for the company and point of contact for client mail
  • Safeguard sensitive information, including PHI and financial data, ensuring strict confidentiality
  • Work with vendors to complete daily tasks (Shredit, banks, virtual terminals)

Key Skills required

  • Communication: Effective interaction with manager, client, and internal operations
  • Time Management: Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and prioritization
  • Financial Acumen: Handle sensitive information with a high level of security
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to switch between various tasks as required
  • Technical Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge and experience with PHI and financial documents

Qualifications/Criteria:

2-5 years accounting and cash application background

2-5 years revenue cycle management experience with Hospitals or Physician Medicine (or other like medical providers)

3+ years preferred background in healthcare or banking

Experience with payer remits and insurance company provider correspondence

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Be able to work in a solo position

Experience with secure data uploads

Verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and to thrive within a small team environment.

Must be able to drive and have a car you can use to get mail from the second office
