We are a prime vendor to the New York State and work on their HBITS: Hourly-Based IT Services (New York Statewide) requirements.

Primary Skills:

• 72 months of Information Technology experience in at least five of the following areas:- Liaison with functional users and management- Requirements Gathering- Configuration Management- Release Management and Deployment- Troubleshooting and Debugging- Functional Documentation and Design- Post Implementation System Monitoring- Software Development Lifecycle Planning
• 72 months experience performing configuration-based analysis in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules CRM, HCM, FIN & IB.
• 72 months of experience participating in event intake, triage, incident response, escalation of incidents and stakeholder communications.
• 72 months of experience in deployment and release management, including: data analysis of object contention and configuration lists.
• 48 months experience creating and maintaining standardized reports for executives and senior management.
• 48 months of experience in Change Management in the course of fulfilling user requests, resolving incidents, and meeting operational commitments.
• 48 months of experience developing procedures, standards, workflows, documentation and visualizations.
