Position Description:
Consultant will support the Benefits Services Division with respect to data transfer among state agencies and supporting external vendors. Will act as a liaison between internal and external business units, producing reports and analyzing reports from HRIS. Consultant will provide guidance on benefits related issues and processes. Will use functional expertise of benefits systems to conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations to management on ways to improve operational processes and maximize efficiencies. Consultant will have security level access into HRIS computer systems to make changes for employee eligibility as it pertains to state law, rules, policies and regulations.
