  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team at the forefront of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies? We re looking for a SailPoint Lead Developer to work closely with global teams and drive innovation in IAM solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing security, increasing efficiency, and mentoring future tech leaders.

What You ll Do:

As the Lead Developer, you will lead a talented team in both onshore and offshore locations, collaborating with product managers and business analysts to create cutting-edge IAM solutions. You will:

  • Drive integration and migration strategies that enhance performance, security, and overall productivity.
  • Work closely with group managers on task evaluation, time management, and forward-thinking strategies to continuously improve output and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Security team and vendors to test and evaluate new tools and technologies, ensuring we re always using the best solutions available.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them grow their skills and expertise.
  • Identify and propose optimizations to the IAM environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new IAM technologies and tools.
  • Track project and task timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work alongside the Security team to ensure robust, secure systems.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster growth within the team.
  • Drive opportunities for improvement in IAM processes and solutions.

What You ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in the IAM domain.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint.
  • 3+ years working with Azure AD.
  • Experience with BeyondTrust.
